CEO: Joseph “Mushy” Mushyakov
Works closely with the rest of the Exec Council to ensure that weekly Exec meetings run smoothly and that long-term goals are being achieved throughout the space. The CEO represents the organization at conferences, conventions, and faculty or alumni meetings. Further, the CEO is focused on forging greater connections between the MILL, industry, and the School of Materials Science and Engineering.
COO: Sierra Yim
Works closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the MILL, both in the efficiency of working in the space and with regards to safety issues. The COO leads the MILL’s operations team, who are responsible for safety checks, staffing coordination, user analytics, and website maintenance. The COO is the primary lead in ensuring that MILL perpetuates a culture of safety throughout our space.
CFO: Wenjun Leng
Serves as the main point of contact for all financial matters within the MILL. The CFO maintains records of all revenue and expenditures and ensure that generally accepted accounting practices and monetary controls are in place. The CFO works closely with our faculty advisor and the rest of the Exec council to allocate funding from our donors!
CCO: Ella Parker
The Chief Communications Officer works to expand the MILL’s presence online and in-person. This is done by being the head of social media presence and the Outreach and Development Branch of the MILL. The CCO is focused on expanding the visibility of the MILL throughout Georgia Tech and beyond. If you have questions about scheduling a tour, please reach out to our CCO.
CTO (Characterization): Nicholas Stojanovic
Oversees equipment installment, training protocol and equipment standard operating procedure development, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, supplies replenishment, and volunteer staffing hours/scheduling for the Characterization Team. Also responsible for managing new MILL Staff Engineer applications, decisions, and training for the Characterization Team.
CTO (Measurement): Dhilan Nanji
Oversees equipment installment, training protocol and equipment standard operating procedure development, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, supplies replenishment, and volunteer staffing hours/scheduling for the Measurement Team. Also responsible for managing new MILL Staff Engineer applications, decisions, and training for the Measurement team.
CTO (Processing): Sophia Anderson
Oversees equipment installment, training protocol and equipment standard operating procedure development, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, supplies replenishment, and volunteer staffing hours/scheduling for the Processing Team. Also responsible for managing new MILL Staff Engineer applications, decisions, and training for the Processing Team.
