Alongside the Equipment Teams, the MILL also sponsors the operation of L&D (Learning and Discovery) teams focused on various aspects of materials science. These L&D teams implement topics taught in lectures to satisfy the curiosity that comes with real-world applications. L&D teams are a great hands-on learning experience and are entirely undergraduate-run.
